- Customer Marketing Assistant -
[업무내용]
This role is responsible for creating and executing customer specific activations, and supporting localization of cluster activations, which bring our brands to life instore, drive optimal physical availability, engage the shopper and drives conversion. Working closely with in MKT and Sales, this role is accountable for ensuring that their market and segment have sufficient market/ prioritized customer tailored activity to deliver our growth aspirations, making recommendations to the Asia Marketing Lead. They must ensure channel and activation plans are based on consumer, shopper & customer insights.
- This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong and influential relationships with their assigned channel/customer and representing their voice of and the voice of the shopper internally to ensure future business strategies help support the strategic ambitions of the customer and execution plans maximise conversion opportunities for Mars.
- Overall support Strategic Revenue Management and Category Leadership works
1. Develop & execute trade activations
- Support trade activity development process such as season promotions, sampling, pop-up stores, POSM tool production.
- Support Promotional packs, promotional products, and new products development process.
- Assist to manage Consumer Promotion spending and budget closing including communicating with external vendors, managing related documents, and processing PR/PO/IR by using SAP.
2. Support Strategic Revenue Management works
- Support the improvement in management and control of trade promotional investment and ongoing productivity and ROI effectiveness.
- Support Sales team in evaluating and creating recommendations on short and long term portfolio, pricing and trade promotional strategy for the market by creating robust fact bases on brand/pack/channel/competitor dynamics including followings;
> Monitoring Retail Promotional Landscape across brands (e.g. Regular and Promotional Price Points)
> Conducting detailed promotional analysis across channels/pack types to highlight opportunities
> Tracking competitors & multi-category promotional pricing and changes in strategy
3. Support Category Development Management works
- Analysis internal and external data (e.g. Sell-in/Sell-out, POS, Nielsen retail data, or Consumer data), and share the category/ market insight back to the business upon business questions and needs.
- Develop customer category plans for the specific customer and create compelling insight led category solutions, including conducting category opportunity assessments and formulating recommendations to execute the category picture of success which leverage the relevant category leadership tactics e.g. assortment/distribution, placement (planogram), pricing and promotion.
[지원자격]
1. Knowledge/Experience
- University Graduate
- Proficient in English communication (Written)
TOEIC 850 이상, 면접 시 영어 작문 test 실시
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team and customer-supportive attitude and working style
- 1-3 Years of Trade Marketing experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry is preferred
